The RGF Story

Since 2011, I have worked as an orthopedic physical therapist treating patients who had any number of surgeries, injuries, and pain that was affecting their lives. Over the years, I saw a lot of similar underlying issues that can cause injuries. Teaching my patients preventative and maintenance measures became one of my favorite things to do in my job because it makes such a huge impact.

In 2024, I earned my certificate for personal training because in an unexpected answer to my prayers, Ready Get Fit was put on my heart. I’m now a personal trainer and physical therapist and RGF is my way to reach people and teach them how to best take care of their bodies through education and exercise. There’s so much to learn!

Why Train with RGF?

Training with a physical therapist has HUGE PERKS!

Physical therapists are doctors of physical therapy and are movement experts. They have a deep understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns and body mechanics, and are trained to recognize dysfunctions, compensations, and identify potential injury risks.

Workout programs with a physical therapist at RGF will prioritize foundational exercise principles, injury prevention, address existing limitations and specific musculoskeletal issues. RGF will ensure clients can safely achieve their fitness goals while minimizing the risk of further injury.

RGF aims to provide safe, comprehensive and effective instruction and will coach, motivate and guide you along your fitness journey.
